Fulfillment Policy

At Butterfly Networking, we strive to provide our customers with a clear and transparent service experience. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle orders, returns, and cancellations.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the work has been delivered. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team at Carla@ButterflyNetworking.ca, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Delivery Policy

All our work is delivered electronically. Depending on the deliverable, we will deliver a webpage or share a Google doc with the assets we’ve created, send your work through email, or use electronic document capabilities to deliver your work. The delivery timeline will adhere to the written agreement we’ve entered into at the start of our engagement. Return Policy

Since our products and services are delivered electronically, returns are not applicable. If you encounter any issues with the delivered work, please contact our customer service team at Carla@ButterflyNetworking.ca within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve any problems.

Cancellation Policy

For ongoing work, you are charged monthly on the date you originally signed up. To cancel, please notify us within 7 days of your next billing cycle at Carla@ButterflyNetworking.ca.
